We believe there is no place like home. We support independent living in the Bundaberg region. Our Staff are skilled in providing in-home care, ranging from 24-hour overnight stay to basic domestic care. We provide flexible care services tailored to your individual needs.

It is our belief that every client should have access to specialised care services. Our staff are trained to give our clients the care and support they require, helping them to live as independently as possible in their home or supported accommodation. Our support staff assist our clients with their choice and control over their daily lives, and to support their needs. Respite is also very important to our clients and families, and we can assist with all your respite needs. Our support staff sit down and work with you to plan and encourage you to explore your options in life, whether that is just being more comfortable in your own home or getting out and about more, the choice is yours.

During the first meeting, we sit down with you and your family and discuss your needs so that we can better understand each of our clients’ individually so that we can put in place the supports that you need to maintain your independence for as long as possible.

Our first meeting with you and family is free. We like to talk about your needs, expectations, and budget. During this time we get to know a little bit about our customers so that we can give the best possible care to help us tailor a package to suit your individual needs.

Allied health services

Our Allied Health Service is continuing to grow. Currently we have a Registered Nurse to help you improve your daily health outcomes. Our staff can come to you and provide services in your home, or we can come and take you to that important appointment. Find out more

24-hour care available supported independent living

Our staff can provide in-home care, ranging from 24-hour supports to basic domestic care, including personal care, meal prep, overnight care and wake over supports.

House & yard maintenance

We have the staff and equipment needed to get your Home and Yard up to scratch and keep it there, which can be funded through your NDIS Plan. Whether it is a house clean, a yard clean-up or regular maintenance service we can help.

STA or Respite

We can help you to engage in a range of activities while providing an opportunity to take a break from everyday life. Respite is also a way for families to take a well-earned break from their caring responsibilities. Find out more
